About

We build youth by building for the poor. In our building, we found new ways to serve. Thus, “Building Youth. Dismantling Poverty.”

We want to develop students by serving with them. A person’s character is transformed when they serve others and see others who are not afforded the privileges they have been afforded. We build students. We provide houses.

We build homes for the poor in Rocky Point, Mexico, and we build meals for the poor both in AZ and in Mexico. Feeding the poor, housing the poor, clothing the poor, educating the poor–all of these things can, and will, transform the character of students. This will transform the character of the future of our country, the future of our government, the future of our families, the future of our schools and the future of our churches.

We have recently realized an opportunity for the homeowners we build for. They have children who can attend school at no cost through middle school, but the $20 per month needed to send a child through high school is out of reach of the families we build for. So, in an effort to eradicate generational poverty, we are working to sponsor the children of the homeowners through high school. They can study hard to be afforded the opportunity to attend college. Upon graduation, they can get a good job or start a business, allowing them to provide for their family. The value of education is immense, and for $20 per month these children have an opportunity to change the direction of their families. Please partner with us to dismantle poverty.

  1. I dont know If I said it already but …Excellent site, keep up the good work. I read a lot of blogs on a daily basis and for the most part, people lack substance but, I just wanted to make a quick comment to say I’m glad I found your blog. Thanks, 🙂

    • We just got back from two weeks in Mexico–built for two different families and were blessed like crazy! We head out again October 10-15. Maybe there is a GCCS crew that wants to go down sometime?
